“Authenticated” Texts

6 Jun

If its hard to get texts to be admissible in criminal court I don’t know how these “authenticated” texts will be allowed in this shit. They may be real texts(authenticated), but the problem is verifying they CAME from Stephen. Even I looked into how they could have been faked. Didn’t appear they were, but my question is, did Stephen actually respond. Was it actually Stephen who was texting Amber?  There is no proof at this time he sent them.

Not only that, but remember this news of authenticated texts hit within a few hours of witnesses being cited. Witnesses that said Amber Heard wasn’t seen with bruises on her face. Redirect, defection by Amber Heard’s team.

Texts, emails, etc. So what does Depp’s team have?? Holding cards close?

Below are some links I encourage you to read, laws on texts, and texts in court.

I think that Depp’s team has proof to Teard’s affairs. And if she cheated, then she would likely get nothing in a divorce. Maybe LA laws are different, but I would think that if she caused it by being adulterous, then that was her choice and it should impact the divorce settlement.

Well said. Also…This is all that is quoted.”On Sunday, June 5, 2016, I was asked to examine iPhone backups of Amber Heard. It was her normal routine to sync her iPhone on the computer,” Kevin Cohen, the tech specialist, says in the signed document. “I forensically imaged and examined the device containing Ms. Heard’s iPhone backups, and I conclude that the backups are authentic.”

Her backups are of course authentic. You can’t fake a backup. I don’t read the part where he says about the date. Or that he was able to see the number of the recipient.

But most importantly I don’t think it’s going to be used in court at all. And IF it is, I’m sure they’ll demand another person examine it.

Yes, thank you, exactly Liz. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ this x1000

Stephen could have very easily just left his phone sitting on a table somewhere in Johnnys trailer or at one of his rental homes during filming and chupa could have gotten her hands on it then. The texts will never prove anything in my opinion.

the biggest issue with the texts is the BACK (60).

BACK is only visible on ios 7 and onwards if the sender’s name is not in the contacts. if the sender’s name IS in contacts then MESSAGES would be in the top left not BACK.

for this reason alone I believe the messages are photoshopped.

AND if she really has been keeping these messages for this long. That shows clear intent to me. She had it before going into the marriage. She kept collecting during the marriage. Oh but I know people are going to be all “of course she kept it, she knew people wouldn’t believe her.”

i have been wondering the same thing with the “back” button. That seemed so strange to me, i have never seen that and i have had three generations of Iphones. She is pulling a Heather Mills and ppl are buying it just the same. Poor Stephen is being dragged through the mud.

OK this guy must be a tech genius because I can’t for the life of me even find my messages on my computer or icloud. not that I have ever tried so I went to google… um it doesn’t sound like you CAN view messages on your computer. or from the cloud. it’s just a back up thing to restore to your device or transfer to a new one…. soooooo what gives?????

Oh wait. I found old ones in my imessages. damn. and i can see the contact info. but that’s not what it sounds like this guy did.

If all of this is true then why is it not being played out infront of a judge? Should her friend not be a witness in a court of law? Why do they care what we think? No other “victim” has ever done this expect for heather mills, that should say a lot, but alas, it does seem to.

I am sorry for all the errors! But I am hoping my meaning came across. The more she tries yo convince us she is telling the truth, the more i am wonderinh what she has to hide? What giant secret is she trying to distract us from?

the date of the texts is May 25, 2014, but she mentionned tokyo and london.. when were the dates when they went there? and what does “authenticated” entail? that the texts are real and that she screenshotted them on May 25th, or that the texts are real and that she might have screenshotted them recently
But the fact that they are “authenticated” does NOT mean that she couldn’t have texted a friend and changed the name to “Stephen” to make it look like she was texting stephen deuters, right?
So what exactly does “authenticated” prove except that the texts weren’t photoshopped
GOddamn People magazine saying that this proves that the texts are real and she really did have that convo with stephen, like……. thats misleading

You mean her attorney hired a tech guy to look over her phone and he said that they were actually. ….
Texts!! As opposed to hand scribbled notes or crayon drawings? ?

No one in their right mind is going to commit to writing that he or his boss engaged in ongoing abuse.
