Alas, maybe this is the answer we needed. WHY is Johnny acting so different. Kids in public view for photogs, Amber only 13 years older than his own daughter the list goes on. It was said that Thad enough of Johnny’s drinking. Apparently Amber is more than okay with it. He was seen drinking in Russia. Now again in Berlin. This is picture of the man who said recently he had not had a drink in 18 months.

Could be a Becks nonalcoholic though, he’s been photographed and reported to be consuming a lot of that as of late. Unless that’s just more PR bullshit of course. He was definitely not sober on Jimmy Kimmel, so who knows.
Yeah so what was the one that was dark ale at the press conference. AND the drink in Moscow. Both he and the woman had the same drink.
For the record, I think he’s full of shit about being sober for 18 months. Just noting that he seemed to be swilling a lot of that NA stuff for a while there.
Oh come on! LOL non alcoholic. WOW. There is 3 different colors of liquor in the last 2.5 months. Not buying it. Besides the picture of Johnny in Moscow with the flute of white wine. Yes wine. It’s not beer and it’s not bubbly. It was white wine. His nose was ruddy. Meaning it was flushed, as when you drink. Alcohol. Red nosed. He had been drinking. Period.
It’s all PR! The stories about his drinking and alcoholism go back to 2011 when he was stumbling drunk out of a restaurant. When he and Vanessa announced their split, they made sure to start planting stories about how he quit drinking. He had a photo opt with the kids when he flew them to France to Vanessa, and they made sure to get a picture of the “non-alcoholic” beer in the back of the van. Then when he and Amber went to that club that one night ( you did a story on it here) they made sure to say he was again drinking non-alcoholic beer. And in every U.S weekly article they commission, they make sure to attribute his new “sober” state to Amber, while throwing in a few digs at Vanessa and her being the cause of his drinking. People magazine attributed the breakup to his substance abuse problems, but they aren’t in business with Depp (to my knowledge), but they reported on it in early 2012 before the split was announced. And another industry insider (a producer I believe) said the same thing. That his downfall started back in 2010 but he was still fooling the public because of his family man image. So a lot of his fans see the non-alcoholic thing and think he’s quit drinking, but if your gonna quit drinking why even bother with the non-alcoholic stuff. Alcoholics are encouraged to stay away from non-alcoholic beer.

Forced and unnecessary. It’s similar to when he and Winona split. He moved onto Kate and stopped giving a damn because he was heartbroken and didnt know how to deal with it. His recent behavior just reinforces the belief I have that Vanessa pulled the plug, and he’s trying to pick up the pieces and move along like everything is fine. Those kids don’t look alright with the situation. Jacks face looks sad and Lily looks like she doesn’t want to be bothered. I hope you do find what the real deal is with these 2, because something is definitely off
I agree the sudden inundation with Johnny’s Becks NA seemed suspicious and something about it never sat right with me. Also, what’s the point of drinking cases of that stuff? Can’t be for the taste, as by most accounts it’s pretty awful. Anyone?

Amber is standing she’s wearing the black and white striped skirt that we saw in the pictures of them coming out of the museum. I guess she couldn’t sit next to Johnny as his assistants Stephen and Nathan are there. Weird.
I thought that was her in the striped skirt and black sweater standing up. I also thought Johnny may have given up drinking so as not to mess up his chances of getting equal custody of kids.
My theory on Johnny’s drinking is that Amber is the cause of it. With reasons. Johnny started to get fall down drunk in 2009. There’s video of him coming out of a NYC restaurant staggering with his hair is his face signing autographs. My thought is that he was already involved with Amber and the guilt of what he was doing to his family, his kids was getting to him. So, he was “self-medicating again”.

I still feel that she it’s hiding something in all these dresses and skirt she is wearing lately. I think that s she had a miscarry scare back in late April.. and they took this trip opportunity to bring her out in the open.. show she cares for him and his children. If she is pregnant… she can’t hide it much longer in those skirts and dresses…. only time will tell.

She’s always worn the skirts. Hello last summer she wore skirts a lot, and she sure didn’t look pregnant in Russia. I think you’re hoping that she is. I hope she isn’t. There’s one child that doesn’t need to have those two as parents. If she had a miscarry scare back in April I’d take that as a sign. It doesn’t show she cares for him or his children, it shows she’s an opportunist as usual. Can’t blame you for hoping so hard though. Good luck.
I agree with Shay. His kids don’t look okay. They look more like two fishes out of the water. Like they have been forced to serve as sponsor for Johnny new relationship. It seems all staged. In one picture Lily looks sad as soon as she saw that his father was holding Amber’s hand. She’s watching it with a sad expression maybe because she thought of the times his father was holding his mother’s hand…. and Jack looks like a puppet in their hands who has to walk with them and shutting his mouth while Amber is touching him sometimes just for the public. Poor kids. I don’t see any harmony and chemistry between Amber and them. Their approach seem staged and noone looks happy for real in all this. Neither Johnny. I don’t even see any chemistry and love between him and Amber. They never look happy and in harmony together. Something is wrong. The way Johnny touches Amber and holds her hand, seems staged too. They don’t look like they’re natural or in love. Johnny takes Amber’s hand only when he sees journalists. When he thinks of not being seen he even walk distant from her. It seems to me that when he holds her hand it’s like he’s not in his body. It’s like he’s doing it as he was an automaton. Nor him nor Amber ever smile when they are together. They don’t look like they’re for real into each other. They’re always serious when they walk together. They never look at each other while walking and they almost look annoyed and bored. There’s no harmony between them, it’s quite evident. The point is that sex is only sex and love is another thing. A deep feeling that is absent from them. Amber is his mistress indeed, not her “love”. They didn’t even sit together in the restaurant and that’s strange for a couple. Most of couples who are in love sit together indeed.
I forgot, about the story that he’s not drinking anymore, I always knew he was lying. He did it since many years when he started to keep the image for the public of the faithful man and of the perfect father. People should understand that he often told things that aren’t true just to keep a good public image and just because he has to tell things that can please his fans. That’s what every celebrity has to do. It’s a PR strategy. That’s how Hollywood is. False and delusive.

Oh yeah!!! You never saw that one? This was the night of the David Letteman interview in Feb 2013 after the afternoon taping, There are pictures of him going into a NYC restaurant with Christina Ricci. He was in Sleepy Hollow, The Man Who Cried and Fear and Loathing with her. And he said that the love scenes with her were awkward because when he first met her she was 12 years old. After their dinner he went to Pete’s Tavern and stayed until 5am. And walked out staggering.
Michael, I think you hit it again!!! He looks like he’s an automation, a robot, it’s part of his programming. Which is why the earlier photo of him NOT holding her hand (outside of the Rolling Stones concert and at the AGO) seem equally strange. That was a conscious effort on his part at distancing himself.
And as far as his drinking is concerned, who cares if he drinks a lot of respectable people with families drink. Just stop lying about it. He just needs to start being honest, most people respect honesty.
It just dawned on me, that while Amber was running around wearing Johnny’s clothes, Johnny was still doing interviews saying that he and Vanessa had not split and lamenting how hurtful those rumors were for his children. That proves two points. One, Amber doesn’t care who she hurt in pursuing Johnny because she was making it pretty obvious that they were having sex and it was her choice to wear those clothes in public which fueled the rumors that hurt his children. And two, that Johnny is very capable of lying. I also noticed, in interviews (the Larry King interview comes to mind) Johnny had started to call acting, his work, lying for a living. So YUP, he’s been doing A LOT of lying. I’ve said to others, that we have never known the REAL Johnny and probably never will.

Interesting but that doesn’t count. What they need to do is post the video, the date it was taken and Johnny’s Rolling Stone quote that says he hasn’t had a drink in 18 months. Trap him in his own lies publicly.

SO we do finally have a picture of them sitting together. Good deal. Now they are inside and sitting beside each other. Like couples do. They still look unhappy. Amber still doesn’t smile, or even have a better expression on her face. What gives with these two? Johnny has always been known to be a moody asshole but Amber? She’s always smiled and been a little “too cheery” actually. LOL
